Following on from finishing the downstairs loo, I’ve managed to build myself an L shaped work bench in the corner between the existing bench that was there when we bought the house and the downstairs loo. The next stage is the taping and filling of the joints. Once that is done the sink and loo will be installed. We discovered last year that there is a mains drainage connection there, so adding a loo in a corner of the basement we thought should prove to be fairly straight forward.
