Yes it&#039;s a Laurel. I suspect now we are here that we might trim it a couple of times a year, it&#039;s a fairly big job to do just once a year. Might be less of a chore if we keep on top of it say once every 6 months. 

I did wonder about those machines on tractors, but as you say they make a mess of it. Ours will look smart once the inside and top are finished off.</description>

I got deeply cheesed off at the neighbouring farmer who took a &quot;faucheur&quot; to a mixed hedgerow 2m on OUR side of the boundary late summer.  Made a right mess of it. Told him not to touch it again without permission.
